CORI big box home improve test

Hello! Has anyone else had to take the test again for the big box home improvement stores? I had taken it before, and did a number of shops that were well received. However, I noticed recently I had to qualify again before I could schedule any more and all the training materials look the same....

I've taken that test probably 7 or 8 times and flunked it every time. I even printed it out and went over the materials with it... I really feel the answers are right but not according to the software. I've even tried it on Explorer and Firefox.

Anyone else having trouble..... Maybe I'm denser than I think I am!! sad smiley

I have had the same problem with their other tests. No matter what I do I can't pass it and I check my answers to the information given?

EDITED due to ICA Violation.
I hear you, I hear you... Not to be nasty, but heaven forbid you ask them for some guidance to figure out what you are doing wrong!!
I had trouble as well. I honestly had to close it down, wait a day and try again. It then allowed all of the same answers to be used. I kid you not, the same darn answers that I was using all along.

Very frustrating.
For jobs and clients I've worked with a lot, schedulers have helped with the tests. As far as this one goes, if you have been doing the shop then you should know every question except one. That question involves something new that's just been added over the last month or so and should jump out at you. If I remember right it is just a True/False question.

I passed the test but wondered why I had to qualify again. None of the basic requirements have changed, and I haven't ever had any of the ones I've done rejected or even questioned. I noticed they wanted me to requalify for the craft supply stores as well. My best guess is that the clients want to be sure we still know how they want the jobs done.
See my answer abovewinking smiley Actually the new question on the test was a new question on last month's shops (maybe before that, I don't do them as often as I used to). Whenever there is the most minute change they might have people qualify and the client may also request auditors be tested again on a regular basis. Another possibility is a higher than normal percentage of shops being rejected.

CORI seems to be having you retake several of their tests. I just redid one for a gas station and a fabric store. I haven't signed up for the one in question. Still waiting for the comission to ripen. I guess I'll have to sharpen my #2 pencils. Thanks for the heads up.

Everyone has a photographic memory. Some just forget to load the film.
There was one question I wasn't sure of and it wasn't mentioned in the training. It was like a trick question more than a common sense one, lucky I guessed right.
