Maritz Issues

Does anyone else out there have an issue everytime you go to do a report for Maritz?

It seems like the website or form always has an issue. It times out, I answer questions and the answers are deleted when I hit submit, there are questions on the online report that weren't on your hard copy of the gas station audit and so on. Or my favorite save for later doesn't really mean save for later.

It just always seems like it is something and makes my time to upload my notes so much longer. I love working with them but ugh.

On a side note...does anyone have a better idea on how to change all the file names to the required visit/questions number? Right now I copy and paste numbers into a what seems like hundreds of pictures.

Remember, I've never done one of these so I don't know their labeling. For any picture manipulation I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager. I can resize and rename as a batch. When renaming it will automatically add numbers at the end for me, you know gas pump 1, gas pump 2, etc. Makes quick work of it all.

Hundreds of pictures? I average about 14 per audit. As far as the online report - It has asked the same questions each time for me. They have even dropped a few questions on the current audits...winking smiley

Shopping Bama and parts of Georgia.
I'm still learning 24/7.

Yeah, a hundred...I do about 10 a day LOL. at 14-20 pics an audit they add up! smiling smiley It just doesn't take the answers sometimes, drives me insane, then I always have to email with debrief problems otherwise someone calls to say.."You didn't answer these questions.." I did but your system erased them. smiling smiley LOL.

I have some issues... weird things, like time in and out. In 02:13pm, out 03:22pm and the system will get stuck, telling me I got out before I got in.

And the weird thing with the pictures, where there's no space for a particular picture in a YES not NO situation, and you get emails, requesting THAT one. I've learned to take pix of everything, many more than the required 14-20, just to be sure I have that obscure one, they decided they want after all

... the one gripe I have though, is the invoice sending and re-uploading of the receipt, which now they have twice. It's so nice Jobslinger+ does that for you at all the Sassieshops smiling smiley

the first time that i worked for them, about four of my shops were deleted halfway through the reports. but it hasn't happened since.

i just rename the files through direct key entry.

I found early on I cannot scroll down on the page. If I do my answers get all mixed up or deleted.

that's because you had exited the page scroll mode. you have to click elsewhere on the page before you can start scrolling again. that's much different from the maritz site failing to save information.
