CORI receipt received question...

Hey guys!! I did a couple gas station shops last week and only 3 of the 5 are rated and have the receipt received box checked on the site. I still have not been rated on the last 2 and it doesn't have the receipt box checked as received. It has been 3 days. Is this normal? Wouldn't they email me to tell me if they hadn't actually received the receipts? I have them and sent them but you know how things go sometimes...thanks!

They are famous for saying they sent a follow up email you never received. So keep watching. And check your junk mail just in case.

They will NOT email saying they are missing them as they say they do!

Most receipts are accepted pretty quick and fly by smoothly.
Supposedly their e-mail doesn't come through on some systems, such as Yahoo, AOL, etc. They claimed to have sent me one and I politely pointed out that I get every other dang e-mail from them multiple times every day and found it odd the only one that wouldn't come through was the most crucial. It never hurts to be proactive. Usually they get those approved quickly so after 3 days I'd be calling and e-mailing them. I did a quick shop for them later Friday afternoon and submitted right away. I had my rating in less than 10 hours.

I've had shops sit there for several days without being graded or marked Receipt Rec'd. When I went on Chat to ask about it, I was told they had just gotten back from a long weekend and were "catching up." It's not unusual for the jobs to sit for a few days especially over the weekend. Don't sweat it just yet. While sometimes jobs are accepted within minutes of entering the reports, other times I've waited days.

Speaking of receipts, I posted a discussion here on Thursday -HELP submitting CORI shops- and the first time I filled out my report the system prompted me for my receipts at the very beginning. As I stated in my post, my report would not submit and I ended up having to redo it many times before I found the problem and was able to submit it. The only thing I am concerned about now is that I only uploaded my receipts (I had 2) the first time I tried to submit my report. The prompt to upload receipts never came up again on all my subsequent attempts at redoing my report. I hope they got them.
That's normal and the only time I've had it happen was when the receipts were accepted.. You can also look on the home page and there should be something at the very bottom allowing you to see the receipts submitted.

Yea, I think that's normal and I wouldn't be concerned about it yet. Sometimes shops get confirmed and rated right away and sometimes it takes a few days, especially over weekends. I did 5 shops for them on Friday and only 3 have been rated so far. I'm sure the other two will be taken care of at the beginning of the week.

I did have my first pay issue with CORI last week. A shop that was due to be paid didn't go through their system for some reason. I have always received proper payment through direct deposit like clockwork with them until this one. They did respond to me email, though, and said they were looking into the problem and should have an answer for me by Monday.
