HELP PLZ Cori

I did some gas station audits for Cori...my time/day stamp didn't take for some reasons on upload. Will they take pics with a time/day stamp on them as well as a trial software watermark????

I can't afford anything but a trial time/day stamp software program today, HELP!!!

I would submit the photos to have the report in on time and then ask forgiveness later if they object.

From how I understand it, it depends upon the gas station. I know there is one that they will not accept without timestamps no matter what. I know this because the same station in my area kept getting assigned and then put back on the board. I finally took it at $65. The scheduler told me it had been completed four times, but no one used timestamps so they had to reject them and do it over. I always use timestamps with them just to be safe.

Trendsource won't take pictures if it DOES have timestamps.

CORI is now requiring the stamp on most if not all of their gas station audits and will invalidate the shop if it's missing.

If the Trendsource client is the same one that has been with multiple MSCs, including CORI, then timestamps were not allowed either.

Oh, right, I didn't mean use the stamps with all shops, just all of CORIs gas stations.

Time to Photo is a free program and worked well for me. It's a trial though for about 30 days, I think.

I say just take your chances, I've submitted photos w/o a time stamp, submitted a shop w/o a receipt and still got 5s and nobody said anything.

To me this statement, "Will they take pics with a time/day stamp on them as well as a trial software watermark????" indicates that the photos take the time/day stamp but have additional information about the trial software. So the photos would be time stamped but have extraneous information.

I have never used such software. Could I set it to any date/time of my choosing? That could be a problem! Of course I can also change the date/time on my camera to meet my needs if I decided to be devious or do other unethical things. All of which makes me wonder the purpose of the date/time in the first place.

I couldn't agree more. The requirements are out of control. These same jobs require at least one if not two receipts and a manager or employee signing off. The additional insistence on the date/time stamp that can be manipulated is just silly.

I'm not sure which client your shop was for, but I copied this from the guidelines of the client I was talking about:

"Once again your shop will NOT be accepted if the time/date stamp is NOT PRESENT on the photos"
