ADVANCED PHONE UPS

Has anyone worked for these people? It's on the MSC list and I looked at their website. There doesn't seem to be a place for mystery shoppers to sign up and the contact sheet didn't allow me to type anything in. So, I was just wondering what the deal is with them. Thanks.

What list is this on? I checked the one here and didn't see them.

Wow, I must have the edited list. I see Advantage Sales and Marketing followed by All-Star Customer Service and nothing in between. That's what I get for opting for the free membershipwinking smiley

I have the free membership,too,so I don't know why we're seeing different lists. I do know I had never seen companies with a "closed" indication before so I thought the list I was looking at was recently updated.

From what I've read, this company provides phone shop training and certification. Thats what I gathered from the search anyway.

I finally figured out we are looking two different places. You were on the sticky note for companies and I was looking at the list at the bottom of the page.

elvis -- I took a look at the website and it did say something about mystery shopping. And, if they don't do mystery shopping, I don't know why they would be on the list of MSCs if they didn't do mystery shopping.

Hi All,
I too went to Advanced Phone Ups to sign up as a MS but their website does not have a MS sign up page. The MS section on their website seems to be oriented to prospective clients only.
Is there any other current MS info about phoneups.com?
