Trend Source reschedule

I need to reschedule all of my shops for this weekend (4), due to a family member that passed away. Are they generally good about these type of situations? It was a lot of money for me :-/
I hate thinking about money and shops right now, but I need to make sure I'm not kicked out of 5 companies when I get back.

Some are OK some are not...one had the guts to ask me why I did not tell her before it happened. No compassion. Some are super understanding. Hope you do not work for msc or mcs can not remember they do belts in department stores. They told me work comes first. Nope! My condolences to your family. Family comes first.
My condolences to you as well. I had to reschedule with TS due to an out of town emergency a couple of months ago and they rescheduled with no questions asked.
Trend Source seems to allow rescheduling if you want, so long as the system allows you to change the dates. If you have to ask them to do it, I have no experience with that.
In the past I have had to cancel a shop due to having to go out of town unexpectedly, and they never complained. This is why I'm so torn about TS and their EIN expectation - everyone in the company has always treated me properly.

I am sorry for your loss.
Sometimes they can not reschedule due to client time table and out of their hands and then you just have to cancel. If they are not willing to understand this situation just sign up for other co.s. you will be OK . Sorry, I have lost a lost of people too and just off the phone with my long time companion coming back from hisbrother's wake and they had a great party and celebrated his long and interesting life. I hope that you have a similar experience.
Thanks everyone. I was supposed to have a dinner shop tonight that was cancelled. Guess it was for the best.

Hope TS gets back to me.
Geauxcj -

I started as a shopper on 10/1/11. I lined up several jobs between the 7th and 10th with Market Force Blue.

October 6th my adopted dad died unexpectedly. My husband and I were devastated. "The Old Fart" was Native American and DH & I were the only "white folks" at the services.

I did not email my schedulers. I did the jobs, but I was a wreck - and my reports were late - over 24 hours for each report. I received several emails about "late reports" (understandable). I wrote back and told the companies what happened. Believe it or not, MF sent me a letter, a very NICE letter and they apologized for their "late report notices!"

In December I came down with bronchitis-turned-pneumonia. I had to cancel a week's worth of jobs with several companies. They were all very understanding, especially when they heard me on the phone.

In January - Sat. the 7th, my future daughter-in-law's dad died from his battle with cancer. Since my son was out on National Guard for the weekend, we went up to the house to help my DIL. I had to emergency reschedule or cancel my jobs with Merc, MF (how many deaths, I'm thinking I'm screwed sounds like an excuse ya know?), and two others, AF and RG - they were all AWESOME!

Emergencies happen, believe me, I felt like a schmuck calling and asking if I could re-schedule (or emailing as the case for MF). Only one I couldn't reschedule, had to cancel.

Keeping in contact with your schedulers is the #1 priority.

My husband - for some really odd reason - does not like to do this!
