Login woes!
Is it possible to get a hold of this company?? I emailed a few weeks ago saying I forgot my ID and if I could have it emailed to me. They didn't respond, at least I thought -- I went back to my mail and saw an email from them reminding me to take the X-O test. I did that and I guess I passed because I'm getting shop offer emails. The emails contain my username and password AND I've tried the password retrieval feature and I'm 200% correct I'm entering them in properly!
But I still can't login. I've sent an email to the login support email that was given but I haven't heard back from them.
I'm frustrated since I get these shop mails yet I can't login.
