Won't affect your other job means very limited part-time which doesn't jive with $300 to $400 a week.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
Also note that you are corresponding to a hotmail address rather than to a corporate email. When you use whois.net you will find that chefero.com was registered in 2009, which is promising. But when you google chefero what you get is Linked-In that shows Ernie Chefero is in "construction", where he is president and has only 1 link. You can contact Ernie for

"* career opportunities
* consulting offers
* new ventures
* job inquiries
* expertise requests
* business deals
* reference requests
* getting back in touch"

Somehow this all doesn't smell like "mystery shopping". I think I would mark the thing spam and move on.
Any time I see a weekly fee quoted, I immediately think scam.
Ernie also seems kinda vague about what your "region" is. Smells like bullshit to me.

Im it looks like a SCAM it probably is. I wouldn't send any info to themat all.
He should change his email to "take-your-money-fast@hotmail.com"

Sure you can earn $400 a week but that's 6 shops a day, 7 days a week averaging $10 a shop. Where do you find time for your FT job? lol...
