Are we talking about the same Jancyn? This is in the guidelines for a shop I did for them recently:
DO NOT use a series of adjectives such as, “The associate was friendly and helpful.”
- RATHER, describe what the associate did, for example, "The associate smiled at me when I approached the counter.
She used a pleasant tone of voice to greet me and made good eye contact."
and
Deduction: If you do not meet the writing standards provided, $5 will be docked from your reimbursement.
When I was filling out the form, I was thinking of the above and thought I had blown it. The report wanted to know if the was a MDA canister on the counter, and whether credit card applications were avaiable. I spent my time at the counter trying to figure out whether the employee was a male or female, and didn't notice anything on the counter.
It's been a couple of weeks, and they have not said anything, so I guess things are OK.
