Ardent application

Has anyone been accepted that has RECENTLY applied to this company? An email was sent out looking for shoppers in my area and they have shops that I really want to do. I applied two weeks ago but haven't heard anything.

I'm wondering if anyone else recalls if this company is slow with accepting applicants. Or, does anyone have any advice as to how I can get on their radar?

Sincerely,
H.A.R.D. at work

Same thing happened to me. I did not get an acceptance until about one week before the date of the training and I had applied when the posting came out about a month before.
Thanks for the feedback. My application was finally accepted a few days after this post.

I am jealous!

The same thing happened to me. I think it depends on whether or not they will have shops in your area. I am curious about this training. They say its at the location of the training, but it seems kind weird. Why have the training for a 'mystery' shop at the place you will be shopping?
The training is easy and it goes fast, but the over redundant report takes forever and it is just not worth it...it easily took 1.5 hrs to complete..... Some others say it is easier with time, but never again for me regardless of how good the food is in that Mexican chain.
To answer the OP question, I applied a couple of months ago and it's dependent on their need for shoppers in an area. If they need people in a specific area, then there is a possibility for them to accept you and invite you for training.

OMG Arch, does it really take hr 1/2 for the report? That is truly insane. Do not need a free burrito that badly. Unless they are paying $30 or so. Or maybe free daily burritos delivered to my door for a year. GEEZ. Gla for the head's up.
