US Field Service - does anyone know about them?

I'm wondering if anyone has heard about this merchandising company.
They had a position up on NARMS to which I applied, and I've received an offer. It seems to be a small company as their website says that Don is the owner and founder, and he is the same person who has emailed and called me.
I guess I'm just leary about handing all my personal info over to someone I don't know; and google hasn't turned up reviews or discussions about this company.
The pay is flat rate, $40/month, for an average 1 hour of work a month. While that sounds like great pay, it also sounds high and that makes me nervous too.
The website is [www.usfieldservice.com]

There's a red flag in my opinion. Any legitimate company, be it a home office or professional office location, should NOT have any reason hide their whois information in a domain!

If this is the home office situation: The post office has a service that gives you a physical address that isn't "there." (House number between 2 houses or something; my neighbor has a very successful clothing store and uses this so people don't walk up to her house thinking they can shop there.)

I also find it odd that there is only an email option for contacting the owner of this business. Some business things can't be handled with email!

For giggles I filled out the form. Didn't even seem to do anything.
