Beat the Clock!

I cruised into a Sonic shop for a shop and had just enough time to get it done. The order came but had a dollar amount way too high. I told the girl it should be like the menu...duh...she looked at the menu and said I was right. This threw the whole shop into never never land. She came back with my corrected receipt and now it was about 4 bucks. (Too low) The receipt now shows a time that would kill my shop time. The receipt shows nonsense that would also kill my shop report. My next stop was to see my dentist for a crown. I rinsed my mouth of the food and threw the report in the can. I had another 2 days for this shop. I starting laughing and thinking that evaling Sonic is like having teeth pulled! Normally they are great to shop! This was rare. Never judge the clock!!!

If you started on time you should just report as is - things happen.

All I thought about while eating my meal, was how the prices and times had gone whacky. Then when I looked back up at the menu, there were WHACKY offers! I was just in the twillight zone for moments, I thought about writing a report after I came back from having the tooth ground down for a cap and fitted. Somehow this seemed low budget after a $900 dental bill. Let's see...well my bill seemed whacky and was too high for what I had ordered....It was corrected and then was way too low...It started at 9 bucks and ended at 4 bucks. I was told to have a nice rest of my day! I got a mint! I enjoyed the coke. It was mixed perfectly!

Did you report the shop or will you do it tomorrow? Don't you think the server will recognize you? or are you a frequently customer?

Do you do that often ---> go to a shop area more than once, even when you have extra days?

Just wondering :-(
i would report it anyway if the receipt is wrong. How many people at the store get overcharged and don't realize it. Or if you were charged correctly and gave you a different receipt, maybe they are pocketing the money and not ringing the order in...all reasons to report it.

Um, yeah! What techman said. You need to report that. That is what they are "paying" you for!
