Marketforce Direct Deposit Detail

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know where on the Marketforce website I can find a direct deposit payment detail?

Thanks!

Checked... nothing there. Is it typical for them to put the direct deposit into the account and not have anything there?
Which month's payment are you looking for right now? They haven't deposited for May yet and I don't recall any info on the payment being available until the same time as it is made or after. I saw my March and April deposits and right next to them was a link for details with fees and reimbursement broken down nicely.

I'm looking for Aprils detail. My direct deposit already hit as it's in my account.
Your looking for the details for April jobs which would be May's deposit, right? As I said in my previous post that is not updated until the time of the deposit OR a few days after. Market Force works under the assumption that it takes several days for the deposit to hit our banks. The reality is an ACH payment will be available at the receiving bank the following day unless the receiving bank delays it for some reason or the company initiating the deposit sets it up to post at a future date.

BTW, the most recent post to the shopper message area states that DD should be in shopper accounts tomorrow. Like you, I've already got mine and, in fact, it posted to my bank yesterday.

The actual detail will be available tomarrow. DD showing in your acct is pending.
The DD in my account is not pending. It posted yesterday, 5/9.

some places auto-post ACH transactions. Mine was listed "Pending" but it was fully available for me on the 10th.

Now I've got the detail list. I just like to balance my accounts the second they happen if I'm not doing anything.
I am having trouble finding the link to add a bank account. Can someone help with this? Thanks in advance.
Under shopper payments is the link titled Direct Deposit Options.

I would really appreciate someone's help.

Is there any chance someone could tell me explicitly where the section to fill out bank details is? I've scoured 'My Profile' to no avail. I asked the company and they said it was on the right hand side. Nothing. Nothing in 'Payments' either.

Thanks everyone!
Shnana,

Try logging in with a different browser. All of the details and such are in the left side menu (on the blue background).

Have you cleared your cache, history, and temp files? You could also be pulling up a cached file.

My DH had a problem with another MSC's website - only 1/2 of it would ever show up. He tried everything, contacting the MSC, different browsers, using CCleaner (CCleaner.com - best program to use to clean up your pc, and it's free) etc. Nothing was resolved. He finally just gave up trying to shop with them. Hopefully that doesn't happen to you. I'd try a different browser first.

When you log in it is on the right hand side of the page under Shopper Payment. The first thing listed is Payment History and below that is Direct Deposit Options.

Thanks for replying. I appreciate all your help. I got in touch again and found out that they only post cheques to my country. No bank payments! So I wasn't going crazy...
Apparently I also cannot tell my right from my left since that info is on the left hand side of the page.
