GFK cell phone test

Took it twice and keep missing one question. Guidelines indicate contact scheduler if having difficulty w. test. Did this. He keeps saying take the test again and this shop is coming up Sat. I have never taken this much time with tests. Ideas?

I would contact him again and tell him you don't know what you're doing wrong. Their schedulers have been really eager to help me pass the quizzes in the past.
Don't take that test a third time without talking to a scheduler. Unless it has changed with the move to Sassie, it was 3 strikes and your out. If it has changed make sure he/she verifies that and hang on to the e-mailwinking smiley

I took the test twice, failed, contacted a scheduler to get the answers, keyed those, and still failed. That was a first in 5 1/2 years of MSing. After viewing the 16 pages of guidelines, I was actually happy for not passing because I would have felt ripped off. They are definitely not "super easy shops with great pay," as the invitation says.

Yo have to read the question really carefully. The way they word them is sometimes reversed so that it look
s ike it should be a positive answer when actually it is negative. Read the questions very carefully.
Right now my problem is not with the test, but with the way they are posting jobs. Notices came out a couple of hours ago and every single job has one day, Sunday. There is also a place where you must pick a date between 6/10 and 6/10 before you can self-assign. What? I don't know if they actually need them all done on Sunday or if the scheduler doesn't quite know how to use Sassie. Meanwhile, two e-mails asking about this are being ignored. I'm tempted to pick the date I actually want and try to assign it so it doesn't get taken while I'm waiting on an answer.

I've done several of these cell phone shops over the past few months. I tried to hurry up through the quiz and failed...3x...after passing each month before. Scheduler removed the shop I had scheduled. "NO CELL PHONE SHOP FOR YOU!!" (a la the soup nazi) For $10 I really don't care. Keep getting emails for the same shop, but I'm out for June. You would think they could reset the quiz. Now, if it was a well paying shop I'd be annoyed, but I think it's funny. Quick and easy, my A$$.

So I e-mailed twice and was told the jobs are not all for Sunday. They are for any day between now and then and the scheduler could take care of it for me. WTH? I asked why they are listed as self-assign if they aren't, lol!

Same here and the scheduler can not write a simple sentence. I believe that it is a 180 day rotation so I give up. Totally unhelpful communication with them and no respect for veteran shoppers POed. I was fairly sure that they offered help with the quiz in the initial email. The scheduler emailed me again w/ the assignment w/o offering help w/ the quiz. Unprofessional.
