A Customer's Point of View

Has anyone sucessfully applied or shopped for this company? For over a year I have applied several times and it always tell me I am already on file, yet when I try to login I get: Login not found, please try again. There is no 'lost password' option. Should I dump this of my list?

I have sent many messages. No response after several months.What's up with this. Has anyone successfully shopped with this company?

I'm not sure I would spend too much time trying to communicate with a company that won't or can't reply to you. Can you imagine if you were trying to get help on a shop or ask a question etc.

There's too many good ones out there. No I haven't worked for them so can't recommend.

A few years ago they bought a company I did many shops for monthly. I contunued to do the shops but the pay schedule kept slipping. Instead of getting an email saying the money was in PayPay it would be full of excuses and reasons for the delay. I finaly was paid and I stopped shopping for them.

I conducted my first shop for them today. I came home, scanned my receipt and submitted my report. Later this evening as I was jumping from job board to job board to see if I could find anything interesting in need of shopping at some airports I'll be flying to next month I got this when I tried to log in. . .

WOW! I've logged in before, printed out my shop requirments, followed them to the "T" and submitted my report. Now I'm not active.

NOT getting warm and fuzzies with this MSC
