cynb - The problem I have with STN and their healthcare shops is that you cannot self-assign. You must go through the Scheduler. She will send out a list of shops available, I will respond with those that I would like to have assigned. And then nothing, absolutely NO communication from her. Oh, yeah, I did get one shop assigned from her that she sent me w/24 hrs. notice and by that time I had already committed to other shops. It then took me 3 emails to get her to remove it from my assigned shops list.
From now on any project she works, I will not request shops.
The other schedulers do a good job. I don't know if this particular scheduler is overworked, overwhelmed, incompetent, lazy or what?
