This is not a scam. After responding to your other post on this, I e-mailed Cynthia Richardson, my favorite Shop Angel. Cynthia is vacationing but apparently checking her e-mail because she responded to me quickly. Jeanette does work for Shop Angels but the address she is using in her forum posts is incorrect.

I don't have a correct e-mail address for Jeanette but this is not a scam, just an incorrect e-mail address.

This is a legitimate mystery shopping company located in Australia. They do have US and Canadian jobs. I have worked for them, and their shops are easy, reports are reasonable, and they pay on time.

I stand corrected and apoligise. An incorrect address would explain the return aas undeliverable.
I wrote to Jennifer yesterday but no reply as yet.

They are also a very nice company with which to perform shops.

I've always been paid within 30 days, never have had a problem on any of my reports (which are so easy to do), and they also have some pretty neat shops. Well, on the other hand, that kinda sucks, because then I end up buying something I really shouldn't have! *laugh*

Solid company, helpful and responsive when issues come up despite being in Australia, wish they had more work. Also, wish some of their American counterparts would be as responsive.

Hello Everyone,

My sincere apologies for any confusion, I have had some trouble with links through the forum sites both with the website address and now with my email. My email address is jeanette@shopangelsglobal.com

The ShopAngels site is a legitimate business with real mystery shopping jobs. We are based in Australia however we offer global Mystery Shopping opportunities.

My role as the Marketing Manager is to advertise locations that need mystery shoppers.

OP, maybe you should edit your post title now that you know it's not a scam.

I'm not sure why you would jump from "email address doesn't work" to "must be a scam" in the first place, though.

First of all I have written to them and apologised.
Two reasons for the ALERT
(1) I reaearched The company online and found that none of their email addresses contained the word global in them.
(2) Also another shopper that is a friend of one of the schedulers wrote and told that as well.
I also wrote to them to warn them that their name was being used with the email containing the word global.
