Hello everyone, I am a Marketforce shopper and I was very dissapointed that they tried to deceive their shoppers in that way. I really thought they were a reputable company. it seems to me that lately they are becoming more and more picky about they way you fill out the surveys, I am constantly getting emails asking me to correct something, I never had this issue before. Has anyone else had this problem?

read my previous posts stay away from the purple portal they want you to work for them for months and not get paid and let you go for no reasons. I never got paid for any of the work i did for the previous 60 days before they let me go. And then for no reason they cancelled my account with the Marketforce blue portal and did not tell me why either, But I did receive all the money I was owed from the bLue portal.

Your not alone. They are getting more picky and they also are paying less for shops. At the end of the month they wanted to give me a $1 bonus to do a shop. Really. I can get more by accepting the offer from Samantha. I am starting to get more shops elsewhere.

I have never had a problem with filling out the surveys for Marketforce.

30 shops with Marketforce Blue Portal and I have never had an issue. Surveys are fair for the fees paid. They have always paid me on time. The key is, you need to follow the guidelines.

I been with MarketForce for 18 months. I called MF and they never had an assignment for $40 and tried to cheat anybody by paying them $4 its all a big lie on MF. Please Stop hating on MarketForce they are the BEST!

I think you need to read the original thread before accusing people of lying. It includes an admission of the mistake by Market Force themselves along with the promise to reinstate the fee to $40.

Ernekegl, if Market Force personnel told you that, then either they were not aware of the situation or they deceived you because the situation is documented here on the forum. Here is the link to what happened. It includes TWO posts by MARKET FORCE in which Market Force acknowledged that they changed a $40 shop to a $4 shop. They have now changed it back because of an open post made on this forum by Jacob, our Adminmistrator, and some tweets sent by techman. Read it all right here:

No one is "hating" on MF. Some of us shop for them. But this did actually happen and they finally did the right thing after public complaints were made.

I stand corrected.

Nothing wrong with coming to the defense of a company that has been fair with you. It still doesn't hurt to read about many of the companies. There is not a company in business that has not had a complaint, but being forewarned about potential problems is a good thing.

I have shopped with Market Force also and I have not had any problem with them. Thank you for the heads up, I will be more cautious with them in the future.

I have made over $1500 with them this month and that's just for the purple portal. its working for me.

I have been working for Market Force for several years and so far so good.

correction: I meant to say I have made over $1500 with them with the purple portal YTD (Year To Date)

You had us all pretty jealous, ernie.....

The last payment I received from the blue portal was over $900. The next month I was removed as a shopper. They said I made too many errors on the reports. I think the error I made was asking what was fair to complete their shops. I sent them an email thanking them and telling them I would miss working for them but I would do just fine without their shops. So far I have done pretty good.
