Intellishop seems to have gotten its act together. I didn't use to take jobs from them because the payment was so low and it took so long to be paid. Something must have happened because they've decreased the payment time and increased their commissions.
I just received one payment for a job I did in June, but won't get the second June payment until next month, come on now...put the two on one payment.
Live consciously....
Is this for all shops or only the ones they have a hard time scheduling?

Intellishop has been much quicker in paying on almost everything. Some shops appear to be in transition as though the company is moving payments up in some areas each month.
The grocery shops are now paid in the following month rather than ninety days.
I guess it might break a MSC to jump all payments up a month at the same time! lol

It could also be that one shop was completed before an accounting deadline and the other after. Unless you know when their billing needs to be in for a pay period, it isn't fair to complain. After all, it's only July not December so the second June payment may not in actuality be late.

I had the opposite experience. They forgot to process several April shops. Those are still in pending and did not get paid this month. I was told that the shops were accidentally overlooked. For two different pay cycles. Is Intelli-Shop who owes me $2,000.00+ for one month having financial problems. I was told it had something to do with slow paying clients, but my IC agreement is with them and not with their clients.

I wouldn't conclude that they're having financial problems. They've just always been a slow payer.

They are slow, but it is technically net 60, not 90.

They've been good to me. I've done 2 shops for them, both bonused, and both were paid in less than 30 days. I'm doing another shop tomorrow, also bonused, and the shop guidelines specifically state that it will be paid within 30 days.
cake -- So, in other words, if you did one of those shops at the beginning of the month, it would be paid at the beginning of the next month. If the end of the month, at the end of the next month. So, combining a full month's worth of jobs is not expected on your part.
As far as things being forgotten to be paid, that happens. Someone goes on vacation, someone takes over for a week or so and doesn't understand a filing system, things can fall through the cracks. However, two months does seem a little long to figure it out.
In my acting career, I've dealt with agents who used actor fees to pay their business and personal bills and it takes months to get paid, if you ever see your money at all. Other than the couple of mentions on this thread, I have not read about anyone having serious problems getting paid by this MSC and have always gotten paid for jobs accepted myself. It would not appear that they are trying to stiff anyone.

I want more grocery shops. I've never seen grocery shops for them. I swear I live in a black hole of grocery shops.

I'm doing one for another MSC for 40.00, 15.00 totally slave labor.

@Jamisan I saw those shops as well, yet aren't they stictly for phone appointments? From first glance, they don't appear to be the traditional type of apartment shops to where you not only make the phone call to the target agent. You just do the phone call and make an appointment, and that's it.

I just pulled up one of the jobs and it is a little deceiving since there are only 3 steps listed, phone call, make appointment and wait for follow up. If you read the wait for follow up portion you will see it says "after tour."

I asked my friend about shops not being reviewed for over a month. She told me that she heard they are pretty far behind on some shops. I hope that doesnt push back the pay. I do not think it will. Intellishop has been a reliable payer at 60-90 days on my shops.

My shop was recently reviewed. I think they must have just been busy during the last month or so. I can understand that.

I checked my log, as I was certain that wasn't correct, and, according to what's printed, Intelli-shop paid me, on average, in 33 days from submission through 2007. Beginning with my first job for them in June of 2008, I have been paid in a mean of 62 days forward to this past Summer.

My shops were reviewed the next day.
I have shops that are reviewed within a few hours and some that take a week or more. It probably depends on the editor.
