To all that work with Maritz:
I have been working with them now for over 3 years, and I have performed over 800 audits for them. In the beginning, I too had trouble with the whole "invoicing" thing, but it was MY fault. I simply forgot to invoice for the shops, since most companies I work with do not require invoices. I found that if when you finish the report for the assignment, copy the ID# for the shop and return to shop details. At the top, there is a link that says "submit an invoice". I click on the link, paste the ID# into the box provided and add the invoice. If you remember to do this on every shop, you will never have any problems being paid. That being said, if you do make a mistake, everyone at Maritz are MORE than happy to help with any problems you have. I consider Maritz one of the best companies to work with.
