I've done several shops for them and received payment fairly promptly. You might want to contact them.
I've shopped them for years and been paid by check and quickly. If you shopped in April and have not received payment yet, something is wrong. I suggest you call them. You can usually reach them all day up til about 8 or 9PM.
Were these your first shops with them and did you send the invoice? Their system is a bit odd and I nearly missed the whole sending the invoice step. I've been paid very quickly for all of my shops with them.
When I did not receive payment for the first two shops I did for them, I sent and email. A very nice lady called back to explain the whole invoicing system to me. I totally missed this step. Now I know better.
What other companies request invoices? I haven't been told that I need to send invoices. I started MS'ing last month so hopefully I didn't miss that step either.
There are not a lot of them that have separate invoicing. MarketForce has their CPI, but it's set up to be done at the same time as the report. Mintel is one which has to be submitted after, but it seems theirs is fairly simple as well. For many your submitted report acts as your invoice. While there may be some others, Maritz is the only one I recall people really struggling with.

As with the others, my guess is the lack of invoices. Call them.

I have been working with them now for over 3 years, and I have performed over 800 audits for them. In the beginning, I too had trouble with the whole "invoicing" thing, but it was MY fault. I simply forgot to invoice for the shops, since most companies I work with do not require invoices. I found that if when you finish the report for the assignment, copy the ID# for the shop and return to shop details. At the top, there is a link that says "submit an invoice". I click on the link, paste the ID# into the box provided and add the invoice. If you remember to do this on every shop, you will never have any problems being paid. That being said, if you do make a mistake, everyone at Maritz are MORE than happy to help with any problems you have. I consider Maritz one of the best companies to work with.

have you submit a invoice of the shop. you need to submit a invoice and you will get pay . this happen to me and I called they said you need to submit a invoice inwith 14 days get paid . I did know this I do now .. tried it or even call they are very nice they will response to your email very fast let me kno the out come.
Dang....that remind me I did not check if I sent my invoices last month. I had a problem with internet and some I had to re send them...don't remember if I did

If it is more than 14 days, you won't be able to access on line, however, they are typically very accommodating if you call them.

Cirrus Marketing you need to send tham E-mail with attached, it will take about 100 days to get paid with them AOL -------------------------------------------------------

SQM requires invoices; they cannot be sent immediately but must be submitted at the first of the following month. I put a note in my daytimer to remind me because this is something that can easily be missed.
