MarketForce

I just don't get this company. I do one or two Arch shops per month either because I am in the mood or for a decent bonus.

Sometimes when I look for said jobs I find only a few that are quite far from home. When I expand to a 200 mile search I find Arch jobs within 5 miles of home.

What give with MF?

Be careful. You have mentioned a specific mystery shopping company and the "arches" place. Most can figure this out...

I would change your thread to remove the Marketforce title....OR just say "The mystery shopping company that does the golden arches.".
Always use the advanced search with a large mileage radius. It works better.

Mary Davis Nowell. Based close to Fort Worth. Shopping Interstate 20 east and west, Interstate 35 north and south.
Making sense is not a MSC for-tay.

Perhaps they are looking for a broader range of shoppers. If you don't see it on your shop "select list", then they are trying to stop you from shopping them. For you to see them, on their wider mileage radius, means you found them anyway.

Nothing personal :-)
I don't know why they do it and I don't know if they are aware of it. I just know what works to see more shops. I picked up that tip here on the forum from a more experienced shopper a year or so ago. Since then, I've noticed that several posters have mentioned a broader search as a way to see more shops on the Market Force board. It works for me every time.

When you initially click to search for shops and don't do an "advanced search" you get a default list that their search engine picks for you. I almost always ignore that list and do a radius search. Also, there are some towns about 60 miles from me that sometimes won't show up on a 200-mile search so I look them up on their own if I'm looking for a trip.
Wow, I never knew about this. I'm going to check to see how it works for me right now. What would I do without this forum and all you great posters?
