Trouble getting paid by Franchise Compliance

Is anyone else having trouble getting paid by Franchise Compliance? I did a secret shop for them Feb 2012 where I evaluated a cleaning service that came to my home. I was told I would be reimbursed for the cost of the cleaning which was over $100.

I received a "10" on my report and saw in my log that payment was "in process," but after 3 months of not receiving anything, I began emailing them. It has now been six months of silence from them as I never received an answer after politely requesting payment five or six times.

I found 16 "Ripoff Reports" on Franchise Compliance since March 2012. I don't know where to go from here other than posting my complaint on every forum I can think of.

Over the past 6 years, I have done more than 1000 shops and contract with over 60 different companies. I have always gotten paid for every shop, so I am hoping that this company will come through. Has anyone else had trouble with this company?

One of the good things about our forum is that you can search to see what discussion has taken place. To search for Franchise Compliance, click the "Search" button at the top and type in Franchise Compliance. Select "all dates" to see everything. There is also a link right below your post that will show you some recent posts. There has been a lot of discussion about Franchise Compliance and they have not be recommended for the past couple of years. There are a lot of unpaid shoppers who worked for them.
I conducted a carpet cleaning shop in June and am having no luck in getting paid. I have left several messgaes all over the place and nothing. They are the only company that I have ever had a problem with after conducting more than 500 shops for over 20 different companies....

Boy oh Boy, do I wish I had looked at the board before accepting a Franchise Compliance shop.

thanks Lainerz for the detailed information in contacting the parent company for Chem-dry.
Many, many of us have been scammed by this crook company.
I dont even consider them a mystery shopping company. I consider them a front for their cleaning service and nothing more then a scam operated by one in the same.

There are no stupid questions, but there are a lot of inquisitive idiots

I am having the exact problem. I did a mystery shop for a Carpet cleaner in April and I received a 9 out of 10 rating. I have not received payment. I email once a week and never get any correspondence! Very frustrated.

I hope the many negative posts on this forum stop many from accepting Franchise Compliance shops. I hope everyone who shops for them is able to get paid, but I have serious doubts that the company is so far behind. There are a LOT of unpaid shoppers.
