Blue vs Purple

So yesterday, I get a phone call from the purple side. She wants me to do 3 jobs today. I explained that I already had 2 scheduled, and with the 4 per day limit, that wouldn't work. She said that they didn't have a daily limit. So now i am confused. Is it just the blue side that has that rule? Are blue and purple completely separate entities so that I could do 4 blue and as many purple as I want? I had always thought i could only do for a day for that company no matter how many blue and how many purple. Any ideas? Thanks

Blue does limit your shops to 4 (unless a scheduler calls them and it benefits them to let you do more and then the rule goes out the window....but that time only). Purple and blue are separate so you can do 4 Blue and it will not affect you ability to take more assignments from Purple. Not sure if Purple has a limit, I signed up years ago at the same time as I signed up and started working with Blue but Purple doesn't have things I want to do.
Blue and Purple are seperate entries. Seperate pay, seperate pay schedule, seperate scheduler/editors, sepreate checks system. Different account offices. ONE 1099 at the end of the year. Blue has limits on shop per day, and Purole might have. I only do Purple evening shops. Check your ICAgreement.
Thanks so much for the info!

I'm new to this forum and new to this business. Could you please tell me what the Blue and Purple references are in these posts? It sounds like there might be a number of assignments that I could possible sign up to get in my area.

Thank you very much for any information you can give me!

Patrick
I'm sorry. I'm still kind of fuzzy about what you can and can not say here. I know people give hints, so here is one.........

google purple portal mystery shopping. you should find it. Blue is on the left, purple on the right.

Market Force is the company we are discussing. It is one company but has two separate sections. When you get to their login screen, it calls the mystery shopping section "the blue portal" and the merchandising, etc. section "the purple portal."
