I find that if I submit my CPI/receipts before I report my report, I can't tell if they went through. After I have submitted the report and I check back to the receipt page. There is the verification/confirmation.
I don't submitt the report and the receipts at the same time. (just in case there is a problem.) I submitted the CPI/receipt first to let the MSC know the shop was done accordingly to their rules. Then I go lay down (or take a nap) to get refresh. After I wake up and eat dinner, I do my report.
