Are they still having problems with receipt uploading??? Had to fax recently instead.

My Tuesday receipt upload went fine. Have not tried them since then.

I have never had any problem with receipts. I find pictures to be extremely slow at times.

Shopper and auditor since March 2012.
Cover all center/north Oklahoma and south Kansas.

For about the last month I have not been able to submit photos. Anyone else having this problem?

This company does this on purpose. They will try to withold your payment. The receipt upload is deliberatley designed to reject your receipt. It took me 12 weeks to get paid by these douchebags. I'll never again waste my time.

No problems uploading receipts or photos. Have you double checked your file size? Too big and they won't upload.

Today I again had terrible problems in not getting confirmation that a receipt had uploaded. Had to sign out, sign back in and check status to find that it had gone thru. Also, many looong waits between survey screens to submot a very simple report. I think they need to change their technical consultant contractors!

I find that if I submit my CPI/receipts before I report my report, I can't tell if they went through. After I have submitted the report and I check back to the receipt page. There is the verification/confirmation.

I don't submitt the report and the receipts at the same time. (just in case there is a problem.) I submitted the CPI/receipt first to let the MSC know the shop was done accordingly to their rules. Then I go lay down (or take a nap) to get refresh. After I wake up and eat dinner, I do my report.

The quirks we do to make sure things are right.

I always do my report and then go immeadiately to recipt upload. I have done about 60 reports for them without a problem.

While I definitely believe that there can be intermittent problems with them or any company, I don't think this is some sort of scam to avoid paying the shopper or reject the receipt.

That said, I don't like how they often have only 2 or 3 questions per page as it often takes too long to go from one page to the next.
