I sometimes do grocery shops for them. The report is easy to fill out and follows the shop check list. Once you get thru your first shop, they go much easier. They make timely monthly payments to your paypal account.
I completed one of my all time favorite shops...evaluating the samples at a warehouse store. I confess sampling on a weekend is one of my favorite things to do to kill some time. So...getting paid to evalate them was a dream come true.
They have an upscale youth retail shop and demo shops in my area. Their reports are easy and they pay timely. Once a year, they do a paint audit. I like the demo shops, but not the audits.

You can return your under cart large item if you want; however I can always use cat litter, case of water, TP, paper towels, etc so I don't. Plus i think it would be a huge red flag with returns like that when they look it up as they have your scan card number right on the receipt. And I'll admit it- i love those gas points!
maybe I might give in and try one of these...I wasn't thrilled that you don't really get paid a fee...but if you look at is as free groceries....hmmmm
I can always use lunch meat for my kids' lunches and the under cart thing as well. However I am at the point that I have enough toilet paper for everyone in my town right now to wipe.....I'm stocking up on bottled water and juice boxes now. I do between 5 and 10 per weekend of these.
I'm bummed - there are no grocery shop in Florida.

I did 2 for them....they take so long; having to wait in line for the deli dept.; and they give you so many depts to check.....and taking the photos is hard to do without anyone seeing you...the store employees are everywhere!
They have an age requirement on the only shop I see here.....so, am registered, but don't work for them.

Live consciously....
They must've and thank goodness! I can't image having to take multiple photos in the store..way too many employees!
No photos for those grocery shops. Maybe they did change it. I've done several for them since my first posting. longP is right: once you do one the others are very easy to do. I'm supposed to get paid this week for the first ones I did. Let's see what hapens.

That was my issue with the shops. I did not need the over priced case of
water, TP, paper towels, etc and I do not have a cat. I was there to make money.

You had to ring the purchase up, take it out to your car and bring it back with some lame excuse that my spouse already bought that at a cheaper price and we do not neeed it.
I don't think they are overpriced at all, three bucks for a case of water, 24 pack of TP, etc I can deal with. Its not like we don't use it, so technically I am still making money. I won't do P/R shops as a general rule unless they are heavily bonused.
They don't have much in my area... I did five shops a year ago, and I was paid without any problems. They haven't had any work in my area since. In fact, if I remember correctly, I got an email asking me to sign with their company for these specific shops in this area because they didn't have shoppers in my area. Anyway... It was simple work, and I got paid smiling smiley
They are a good msc, but they take far too long to schedule you after applying for shops. You apply on Friday and by mid day Saturday, if you are lucky, you are assigned the shop. Wish they woke up and tried a self scheduling system for their established shoppers!!!
Industry etiquette is to let a shop posting stay up for 24 hours before assigning, so that shoppers who work different shifts (or might be out shopping) have a chance to apply.

I wish a lot more MSC's allowed self-scheduling for established shoppers. It would make planning a route *so* much easier.

I got to say in my 10+ years experience NEVER heard that....it's usually first come first served...
It's really what we try to do unless we're put in a short notice situation and can't. In the case of Caliber, the system mostly auto assigns, but when we set up the session we can define that auto assign doesn't start for X number of hours. In the case of the warehouse shops, I never set it to less than 12 and prefer 24. Last month though, it ran immediately despite the session settings.

It's hard to "win" in these cases, because if the shops are assigned right away, shoppers complain that by the time the posting got to them, the shops were gone. But if you wait a day, other shoppers don't like that either. We just try to set a goal and stick by it.
