Silver certified, I shop in Cities in NM and TX that no one has ever heard of.
I have had the same problem with the help desk email. Better to send it directly to the scheduler or call the scheduler if you have their number. Or MarketForce number. They have phones. Seems they ignore their inbox so when there is an urgent issue they don't get to it in time.
