Certified Payment

I usually get paid by clockwork on the 6th or 7th, but still nothing. Did anyone get payment from Certified/Purple portal?

Silver certified, I shop in Cities in NM and TX that no one has ever heard of.
I also wonder if it has to do with the switch they are doing on their website.

Yep, their clock is broken but being in Canada, I usually get their check at least 10 days from the date on their check anyway.
They called me to do some job yesterday and I told them no; main reason being when there is a tornado watch I don't leave the house. But I asked about the pay schedule and am still scratching my head over "we pay twice a month but on no specific dates".
Remember that answer next time they ask you when you will do a shopwinking smiley

That was going to be my second reason if they asked if I could go another day. Of course though, all we wound up getting was 10 minutes of rain - no tornado, no thunder and lightning. You would think that with the amount of money that these weather forecasters have at their disposal they would get it right maybe .000001% of the time?

I did some type of theater job for them last weekend and had no idea when to expect pay. My only jobs with them are the very occasional, sizable bonus type jobs. In fact, I wouldn't have taken that one if I hadn't been on the phone with a shopper friend when the e-mail arrived. Had it not been for him I also couldn't have gotten through it with their instructions. I'm still not sure about doing the job for the regular pay, but it was so damn easy I may relent.

Just FYI, I haven't got paid either. It has been on the 6th of the month for the whole year. Hopefully it will be there on Monday.

Nope, nothing this morning. Just got a call from them to do an emergency job - I told them that I can not do any jobs for them unless I receive some sort of payment or an answer of when it will be. Business can not be conducted with a "we don't pay on any particular day" schedule, especially when I"m looking at two years of payments and it has always been by the 6th at the very latest. If there is a problem, you're paying late because of computer issues - tell me. I'm a big girl, I can deal with it. But don't treat me like an idiot and then think I"m going to jump through a hoop to help you out.
I think they are really late and they may think that is the reason I have not been answering my phone. lol Came home Friday with messages from them on my VM and log/addy asking to do some shops immediately.
I just got another call from the 925 number - I love the "decline" button on IPhone. I do answer when they call from New York - the people there are the ones that can do the bigger bonuses. The call center thinks that by offering a buck that you are going to jump in your car and drive 50 miles immediately to do the job.

Received that too and they sent that message at the very same time. I don't normally
get any heads up when payments are late. Many companies just keep quiet about it. We
would not have even wondered about delayed payment if they were not so consistently on
time. Kudos to CFA.

I received the same message on the board on Monday. Payment came through Tuesday. Thank the heavens. Hope it doesn't happen on the 2nd payment for September.
