Rules are rules...

An unhint... register with the list....
We all have done our homework. It is the legal way to find the jobs.

Independent Contractor Agreements are legal documents, not silly rules. The host of this forum also included the non-disclosure in his posting guidelines. This is his house and his rules and calling them ridiculous is disrespectful.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
I agree it sometimes seems silly to not disclose information among shoppers, but this is an open internet forum. It is open to anyone. We are not just among shoppers. Not everyone who reads here is a shopper. Not everyone here is even someone who works in MSing. For example, we have had several employees of clients register here to try to find out which company shops their employer. I received a PM from a poster who had registered but never posted. She asked who shopped a company because I had mentioned in a post I did a shop. I explained the ICA and she tried to convince me it didn't matter because of her "special circumstances." Several PMs back and forth and she told me she is an employee of the client.

It's a bad idea to break your ICA. And if someone PMs you, you don't necessarily know who that person is.

But - even if someone wanted to break their ICA and tell you, it would have to be your competition. Subway is shopped by multiple companies. It depends on where you are.
Come on OP. You have been around here long enough to know what responses you are going to get. When you signed on to this forum, you agreed to this.
PS: Oh wait. Sure I would be happy to jeopardize my status on this forum, completely ignore an agreement that I signed and have everyone reading this think I was a jerk so that you can get some free food and a couple bucks. As a fellow shopper I ask that you think things through before posting something like this.
I am registered with almost every company available in my region and have yet to find one that does shops for stores like the above. Any ideas? I know they get shopped because I used to work for Sear and got shopped myself several times.
Yup. Stop asking questions we can not answer and sign up with some more companies. What part of your ICA Agreement do you not understand?...

Shopping Bama and parts of Georgia.
I'm still learning 24/7.
There would not be any harm for lurking schedulers to respond privately to questions like this. Perhaps we should have an area where interested shoppers could meet up with needy schedulers for mutual interest. Like ms4sk4icafun or something...
I agree, a scheduler could respond if the scheduler knew the location of the poster, had the time, and had a shop need in the OP's area. But the OP would have to identify her location. Subway is shopped by multiple companies. It depends on your location. And I haven't noticed the Subway shops being difficult to schedule, they usually go pretty fast, so the schedulers probably aren't desperately searching for shoppers to fill them.
I need to start a list. I'm registered with so many companies I can't keep straight who does what. I do know that one of the companies I'm registered with, but for the life of me, I couldn't tell you. ;0)

OP just register with lots of MS companies and you'll find out by going to their boards and getting millions of emails. Have fun sniffing around.
We schedule sandwich shops on behalf of a good company - please contact the following schedulers privately to determine if there is anything in your area for this company:

Awesome, so happy to see the shopping companies jumping in here! Would love to see more of this kind of cooperation. =)

To the OP: You might also try contacting the head offices of any company you're interested in shopping. As for Sears, I have never seen them offered (though I've only been around a year and a half and am certainly not registered with even half of the MSCs around). They may be shopped in-house. If that's the case, we couldn't tell you even if we wanted to. =))

Best of luck to you!

Jen
