About the best thing you can do is keep an eye on bank accounts, credit cards and other financial dealings you have and monitor them for fraudulent activity. You could in theory shut them all down and start over, though that is totally up to you.

That's not only SPAM, it's also SCAM!!!!

I just wondered if this was actually a shopper posting one of the scam emails received. I don't even think aTH refers to themselves as Apex and certainly the shops I see from them are low end fee, even when bonused and certainly not speed demons in getting even that sent out.

There are at least 2 Apex companies out there that I know of that are ok. Don't confuse this bad one with any good ones. (Of course none of the good ones will be asking you to cash checks.)

My husband was overseas in the peace corps in West Africa and a short while in Nigeria . Whenever I got a scam e-mail from nigeria I answered them back in their opwn language and for some reason they don't bother me anymore. This Apex crap is a scam and I personally don't appreciate a two-legged manure spreader trying to say otherwise.
