InTouch

It appears that InTouch has taken over my favorite convenient/gas shop. The shops no longer appear on Experience Exchange. You now have to go to InTouch and they are structured differently.

Two sides of the same company. I found the shop easier, but entering it harder. Maybe because I had done it the old way for seven years!
I love In touch! Pay like clockwork, excellent communication with schedulers, give them a try.
I've only done one shop for InTouch and was never able to get the report to upload. Finally, I had to read it over the phone to the scheduler who was really nice and understanding about it. I kept e-mailing asking for help with uploading, but no go. He said I would still get paid. I felt bad because I had never had the problem before.

Lately I've had trouble uloading my report with InTouch. Then when I go to my list of shops, it's actually been entered even though it didn't give me the message and didn't take me to the expense page. When I click on it again it takes me straight to the receipt page. A nuisance but still one of my favourite companies.
