Bestmark

I have 2 questions....

First, I just got a jobslinger report that says bestmark has restaurant shops in my area, but they aren't on the website. Already taken? or something else?

Next, does anyone think that if I email Bestmark they will tell me what restaurant it is? Or maybe someone here can help me... I know, I know. ICA. Let me explain......

I know that I have recently seen a bunch of Texas Roadhouse assignments, but I don't remember who did them. I can't set foot inside of one of those because of the abundance of peanut shells all over the place. I am highly allergic. More than, "is this the TX Roadhouse", I would be THRILLED with a, "no, it isn't." Either because that is done by another company or because you know which restaurant is the BestMark assignment. Either way, I don't need/want an explanation, but I need to know in advance what I may walk into. Or if anyone knows a nice Bestmark person that I could ask the question of, that would be great too! I just don't know them there. Thanks

Bestmark has two restaurant clients that I've seen in my area. Neither is Texas Roadhouse; I know they're shopped by another MSC.

One of their restaurants is one of my favorites; unfortunately I haven't seen it on their job board in quite awhile. I don't know why, but I miss that restaurant.
Thank you so much!!

Sometimes I can see the address, and google it to find the name of the restaurant. Sometimes I can't.

There's one scheduler at BestMark who is the only person i will say has actually ripped me off in more than 10 years of mystery shopping. When i gave his name on MSF, my message wasn't posted, so i'll just say he handles restaurant shops. The server made a mistake and marked 1 guest on the receipt, when she'd served--and conversed with!--both of us. I emailed the scheduler explaining what had happened and never got a response, so i figured he understood and it was OK. Then i got a message that the shop had been excluded for having been completed "incorrectly" but still couldn't get any response from him or anyone else at BM. Since then i've accepted BestMark restaurant shops only if they have the district supervisor's name on them, and if i'm busy, the first thing i do is eliminate BM notices entirely.
Bestmark only gives zip codes, which often isn't much help. On occasion, I have called and spoken to the project manager, and have gotten the info. that way.
Maddening, only listing zip codes. Here, one of their clients has several locations in the same zip, yet are 10+ miles apart and a farther drive for me. Even if I realize the client, the zip code doesn't clue me in as to location. I have contacted the scheduler for info, before requesting, with mixed results.

Idiocy.
