I can't name the client but I have been having trouble attaching my POV images to my reports (just for this round of shops.) I had been in contact with the Client Manager (Carla) thru e-mails. She had me send her my attachments and she uploaded them to the report for me. Three of my shops are still showing as incomplete. I e-mailed her on Wednesday but all my e-mails came back as undeliverable. This morning, I tried to e-mail the scheduler and my e-mails came back to me again.
I called the office and left a voicemail last night and this morning. Still no response. I have a contact phone number of 404-351-7854 in Atlanta, GA. Does anyone have anything different?
I think the MSC recently went thru a company name change or merger or something. I am not sure if they are having e-mail issues or what. Help if you can. Thanks.
P.S. My shops are still on my log. I have not received any past due notices or negative e-mails.
