I just did an apartment shop for Shoppers, Inc. It was like a breath of fresh air. The pay is same as other apartment shop companies, and I expect to be paid by end of next month.
Yes and no questions, followed by short narratives recapping the yes and no questions. No questions about agent description or color of eyes. No redundant questions. They are on Sassie Shopper, so you could download and save shop.
I didn't see where they asked for downloads of business cards and floorplans, so I actually contacted the scheduler to ask if they needed this. It was not in instructions, which was 2 pages. Printed form was 4 pages only.
I hope they have more of these in my area soon.
