restaurant and hotel

Does anyone know which companies do restaurants or hotels? I mean real restaurants... I am tired of fast food. Any one ever shopped a cruise?

Intelli-Shop and BARE do some serious steakhouse chains.

Freeman, Orilio, MFI, Customer Impact, Intellishop, SPG, GapBuster, Coyle, some co in Canada with a 9 level test series (if they even let you in as a shopper)
Mystery Guest, to name a few, do either or both. Many have long waits for the reimbursement, and unless you have hotel employment background, its a long shot to get a hotel without a good track record on the fine dining for any particular company.
