Murphys!!!

Okay So I did a murphys shop in Jan. Well they did not update the information on the emails when they sent out the confirmation. The Instructions still said December. So, I emailed them and they sent back Jan instuctions. Well, the email gave me the products to purchase but everything else was the same.

They rejected my shop and said that I did not tell the employee that I had my id in the car. The instuctions that were sent to me said DO NOT TELL THE EMPLOYEE THAT YOUR ID WAS IN THE CAR.

I called kelly and she said that this was something that was changed for jan. I went back to make sure and I was right the top of the instuctions said Jan and it said DO NOT TELL THE EMPLOYEE THAT YOUR ID WAS IN THE CAR.

So does anyone know If I will get paid since it was their mistake and sent me the wrong instuction?

I would email the scheduler the copy of the instructions you were given, sent to you by them after request for updated instrustions and that they showed not to tell the employee the ID was in the car. I would fight it, it was their mistake and they should stand up and pay you. Good luck.

Well, It was not hard to get my money. They went ahead and paid me! I am suprise how easy it was. I figure it would be hard.

So If anybody has a Murphys anytime soon. NEW RULES

You say that your Id is in the car and if they ask you to get it. You go and get it and show it to them.
It is usually a better idea to try to work out payment issues directly with the company first. Most companies are reasonable and often it is very easy. If you are unable to work out payment issues, additional advice here on the forum may help.
