What do you do if you don't get paid?

I have mystery shopped for over 3 years, and I have NEVER had any problem getting paid. Well, until now.... I have not been paid by Pacific Research - PRG for several months. I have emailed them numerous times, with no response. I can't seem to find a phone number to call them. Has anyone else had problems with them? Everything was fine for the first year with them - I got paid on time, this has happened within the last six months or so.

What are our resources when this happens?

I usually don't refer ANYONE to this particular forum, but I think you will find the current discussion about PRG's payment issues informative.

Write an anonymous letters to the CEO's of all their clients and explain how unprofessional they are and suggest they find a new ms company because their shops will not be filled by shoppers who boycott the ms company.
