CORI - message about upgrading gone?

I logged in to CORI today and on the home page the message about system upgrading is gone. Wondering about doing a shop for them again today? Anyone having big issues in February entering in their form?

I just signed up with my first shop for them in a long time. It's local and OK-paying. I suppose I could've waited to see if it got even better paying, but this was good enough. I will see how the report entry goes!

I have had a big problem with only one of their clients using a Mac with Safari and told them I would no longer do that client for them until the form was fixed.
Be advised, you HAVE TO use Internet Explorer, and IE ONLY, if you take any of their shops.

I have done close to 100 shops for them, and I've always used Firefox. I did two shops yesterday, submitted both in Firefox, and one of the two did not go through, even though I got a confirmation number that both were fine. I got an email this morning stating I had to redo the one that errored out.

It had a lot of narrative so I wasn't happy, but I did it. Got to the LAST QUESTION, in IE, and the damn form crashed. So I had to do it a THIRD time. What was supposed to be a quick and easy shop turned into a pain in the ass.

So just know you have to use IE. Yes, I know that's what they've always recommended, but now it's mandatory until they get that fixed (per the helpless desk's info)

Repeating from another thread here. There is a way to prevent the error messages on a certain gas station client's form. Make sure you click on COMPATIBILTY VIEW near the address window. It's the icon that looks like a torn sheet of paper.
Again, thanks to elcarev68 for submitting this fix a few weeks ago.

Thanks, guess that also answers my question about IE browser. I hate the IE broswer too. I used to borrow a friends computer to fill out forms on the IE broswer for CORI... I would always have so many issues. Firefox always worked on my end! I am wondering why it does not work on their end?

I was told they have some compatibility issues that they are working on getting fixed. Since they did their upgrade it's actually made it worse to use anything but IE. I was told to give it a few weeks and that should be fixed, and any browser will work.

What annoys me the most is even after getting confirmation my shop went through it never actually did on their end. Totally not my fault yet I am the one who had to input all the info again.

PJ,

I just completed a job for them. There were Java script errors when I tried to input data. They did go through. I used Safari as I haven't resolved the Internet Explorer issue. I don't want to overcomplicate this. A duel operating system like parallels? I don't think so. I left Windows for a reason. My spare computer uses windows so I'll use that in the future. I don't want any technical glitches compromising the form. I really like that company.

Will travel for excellent service.
I wish CORI would post the compatibility view fix for IE on their website. IT WORKS!!!
