Bestmark

Bestmark is near the top of my fav list (CSE is at the top). Unlike others, I like the retail and electronics shops, and the "fun" shops more than compensate for the time the elec. shops take. The schedulers are great and will work with you in emergency situations. Give me a msc like Bestmark that is upfront with its expectations and pays twice a month, anytime.

There are many shoppers who are happy with Bestmark. I am not among their number. I used to do a fair amount of work for them prior to a change of schedulers. The new scheduler holds hostage the "fun" shops to exchange for the electronics she can't fill otherwise because they are nuisance shops that don't pay for the time needed to do them. Even if you did an electronics prior to her "incentive plan" with the "fun shops" you aren't eligible for them. I also feel she misrepresents the difficulty of shops I have done that were not the gentle breeze she depicts. The restaurant shops rarely cover the cost of the required purchases. So at least in my market I find Bestmark mostly a "NO".
There are no restaurant shops in my area. The regulars are just hardware, elect., and coffee. I'm seeing that a lot of shopper's opinions of various MSCs are being tainted by the schedulers they deal with. I guess I've just been REALLY lucky so far, especially with Bestmark. Cory's the best!
I used to have Michael and he was super. It felt like he went out of his way for me and I was happy to reciprocate. The only reason I haven't terminated with them is that they do rotate schedulers around and maybe I will get lucky. Meanwhile there are 6-8 emails in my box per day for the same tired jobs to just delete.

I just joined Bestmark, and because Cory is sooo nice, I agreed to do two elec. shops in the same area, on the same day...oy vey. The pay was $10.00, and you had to evaluate 2 different dept.s and the cashier, and the greeter in each shop. That's about 3 reports per shop....alot of work, and confusing and lenthly reports all for $10.00 I did this to help them out and was promised a large job with higher pay, so I did it. We will see what happens, I won't do the elec. shops again.I also drove 15 miles for 10 bucks....what am I doing.
I understand that Cory is one scheduler who does keep his word. Good luck. I too did the electronics as a favor when I had Michael. He let you know he appreciated the help rather than just demanding you do it again and again and again.
Cory has always stayed true to his word when asking for help with shops that need to get done ASAP. I'll only do one elect. shop in a day, and there's only one of the scenarios that I'll do. Guess we'll just have to wait and see what kind of "fun" shops March and April bring!

Right...the fun of this is the varity...you can't get bored, at least I don't.
Well, March came in like a lion (better late than never) and brought two "fun" shops today. Thank you Cory!

I did two elec. shops for them...long time in the store. Have to evaluate 2 dept., + cashier. Then doing actual report, a killer for $10.00 I was promised to be put on some list for March when the "higher" paying jobs came in. I did get one (listen to this), and I have to put out $50.00 and get 30 back, big job. The thing is Cory is so nice, it's hard to say no. Not my favorite in many ways, but he gets alot of work in my area. Better companies out there.
