Difficulty with Sinclair

I did a shop and entered it on 2/9/09. I scanned and emailed my receipt that day. Last night (2/11) shortly before midnight my email was returned by the system indicating it had been blocked by the firewall at Sinclair. I forwarded the message thread to my scheduler at Sinclair with a request that he acknowlege receipt. This afternoon I called because I had received no acknowledgment and discovered that no emails have been received since 2/6 since they are having problems with their email. I was given a fax number of 800-600-3851 to fax in the receipt and this appears to have worked.

This is just a heads up that if you are not getting reasonable communication by email, pick up the phone. 800-600-3871 If you have emailed in receipts and such on or since Friday the 6th, contact them to make sure the stuff was received.

Thank you so much for posting this! I've had two e-mails kicked back to me and I wasn't sure what to do about submitting a receipt. Even though I hate faxing, I'll give it a try since it might be the only way that works.

I just pulled a print of the page with the shop identifying information, made sure it had my shopper ID on it and taped on the receipt so as not to cover critical info. Sure a heck of a way to run a business sad smiley
I'm not just having problems sending them e-mail, I can't get into their website either. I can access every other website but theirs so guess they are having website problems as well. I've been trying for 3 days to log into Shoppers Corner.
It seems all communication is having a problem w/Sinclair.
Shoppers are saying that the faxing is not working either.
Someone tried faxing in their reports and the line never picks up.

Funny thing is I got an email from them about a shop in my area........so how come the emails are coming through from them??

I got an e-mail reminder last night from Bobby at Sinclair for my shop today, but when I responded back to Bobby I got a delivery failure notification. This morning I got the notice of new shops from automail@ssanet.com like bugspost. I can access and go to various areas of their website but not Shoppers Corner.
I also received an automated shops available email but cannot logon to their site.
I did get an email from them indicating that my faxed in receipt had been processed. I just tried to log in to their website and my browser did not recognize it as the correct site so did not fill in my passwords. When I manually entered passwords I got a "Redirect loop Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."

They are obviously having big time server problems. I am still getting repeated bounced email messages from them for the two emails I directed their way. If anybody needs them, I have the recent briefing notes for some several of their shops, notably the ones starting with A, W, G and P. If you need them, PM me with your email address and the name of the shop you need. If I've got it I will send it along.
A, W, G, P? I'm curious! Here we have only had L, BE, and WS! tee hee. L is gone now due to corporate acquisition.

I guess the fax number that was on emails from schedulers was different and not working so definitely go with the above one that Flash had success with.

The phone numbers I have are 800-600-3871 to talk with your scheduler and 800-600-3851 to fax in forms/receipts etc.
OK, Shoppers corner is back up. Justin Blomker (Justin@EmailSinclair.com) replied to me just a few minutes ago via e-mail. I was able to log in and enter my report for yesterday's shop. The e-mail still rejected, though. I e-mailed it to Justin and noted that the e-mail was still rejecting. Justin e-mailed me back and confirmed receipt of my receipt.
