BESTMARK Beware of this one

I just did an assignment for Bestmark. I got a call asking me to do a job which I completed and then got a call saying rhey would not accept a report for it. The assignment was a multichoice one and I did one of them which was allowed. Because The dealer did no take me into the service bay but instead came outside and put the wipers on free of charge.
I called BESTMARK and told them and the scheduler said just put in the report and explain what happened. The scheduler told me he would look after it and add a note to it also and it would be okay. Then he called me back before I could send in my report and said I'm sorry but because you did not enter the service bay we can not pay you. I drove 20 miles to do this job so I now lose the money.

So you were supposed to say to the service man "Oh do not do this in the parking lot but go back in the bay?" Sure wave the white flag shopper alert!
Are you sure your report wasn't rejected because of your spelling and grammar?

When we do a shop things don't always go well. Most of us have had similar experiences. Every now and then we lose out on a shop and have to consider it part of our education. It sounds like the Bestmark person who spoke with you thought he could fix this, and then found out he couldn't. I believe he was trying to help but the client wouldn't go for it. Sorry, it happens to us.

I did a car dealership job last month and the salesman was the worse ever and didn't do any of the things he should've done to sell me a car. It was a joke and Bestmark paid me anyway.

Your situation is very strange I think.
I've done that shop a few times where the sales person/mechanic came out to my car to place the wipers on my vehicle. Since I went inside to the service area to purchase the blades, my shop was accepted. Granted this was two years ago, so maybe the guidelines have changed to the client.
