Kudos to Customer Service Experts smiling smiley

I just wanted to say this, to set the record straight and give kudos to CSE!

They actually sent me a check for .85 cents to cover a PayPal fee that I incurred from them sending me a single payment for reimbursement. Even after I emailed them not to worry about it.

Not only did they mail me .85 cents, but they emailed an explanation that it wasn't done via the mass pay function which is why there was a fee.

PayPal customer service didn't bother with anything other than a canned response telling me every payment transaction has a fee attached no matter what. Even when I replied that if they took a look at my account they would see hundreds of dollars worth of transactions without a fee! Outsourced cra* customer service.
