CORI New Change Date Feature

I almost could not believe what I was seeing. The new feature letting shoppers change the due date is here! I only have gas station shops this week so I don't know how or if the feature works on other shops. I'm just happy to be able to make the changes, if necessary, myself.

I tried it and it didn't work for me! I tried to change to tomorrows date..the box was green. I clicked the box, it turned blue, but didn't change the date. LOL No one was available in chat, so left a message.

I was going to say WOOHOO but after pippama's post now I'm not sure...

Bugs already!

I just changed 8 shops...The date you choose will turn blue, but then you have to hit CHANGE DATE. Mine changed immediately.

Try again?

Thanks for the tip, but still not changing for me!

Will try again in the am. Maybe my pc is bugged. LOL

Maybe the shop is at deadline and a date change would need to be approved. If it is an April shop with a firm deadline of tomorrow, that would only make sense.

Please note that you will only be permitted to change a shop date once per eligible shop, and not all shops will be eligible for a date change.

Maybe your shop is not eligible.

I will not celebrate UNTIL it actually works for me........and on a shop I need desperately to change....not holding my breath.

Worked for me finally! Switched browsers. I have zero clue why that worked, but it did. I will never admit to being computer savvy.

I just noticed that I can no longer get onto CORI's website if I am in Chrome. Got server errors all day. Switched back to IE & I got in, no problem. I liked picking shops up while in Chrome, seemed to go faster.

I use Chrome and ran into the same issue but found a work-around.
