Does anyone ever get feedback from BestMark?

Just curious if they ever offer any feedback? I have completed over 30 shops for them in the last two months, and have never heard a single word about anything. They don't use a rating system, so you can't see how they have graded your reports. Not that I'm complaining, mind you, no news is good news as far as I'm concerned. I'm just wondering if that is normal, as most MSC I have worked for either grade or at least occasionally provide feedback.

I've done a lot of shops for them and have never received a word from them, like MF or Cust.Impact.

Been paid for all of them, so that's good, but a nice word or two wouldn't hurt.
I only heard from them once with a simple quick question. They were polite and nice and as friendly could be. I have about 50 shops and that is all I have ever heard. I was always surprised when people post how hard they are to shop for and how critical, I have never seen any of that.
I've done over 100 shops for them. If you don't hear from them, it is good news!!!!

I have had to call/e-mail a couple of times because of getting sick and having to cancel or reschedule shops. They were very nice. My regional person looked up my record, said it was spotless and they'd be glad to work with me on any rescheduling, doubling up on shops, etc.

I have heard from quality control three times, but they just asked for clarification and were very nice. I didn't mind at all. Well, there was that one time, I did the wrong scenario. But I did it well and they paid me anyway. smiling smiley

Bearclaw14 ~ BestMark used to have a rating on the shopper's home page. It was an overall snapshot and kind of neat. They did away with that sometime ago, and since then, no feedback.


Canuck ~ If you mean Customer Impact, on shops I've done with them, they give ratings, most of the time with reviewer comments.
I have heard from editors a few times in doing about 100 shops. Always friendly, always good questions. No news is good news.

No fee, no shop.
I've done some shops for them. I don't remember getting any feedback on the reports. I did get paid for all of the shops though.

OOPS..I meant MF and CI always let me know how I've done. Sorry about that.

Bestmark = nope. But a cheque in the mail every few weeks means I did good. smiling smiley
I got some really helpful feedback from an editor after my first shop with them. The tone of the e-mail was very friendly and the editor did not have me fix any of my errors (he must of fixed them). I really appreciated it. After that feedback, I have never heard anything else and I have done quite a few shops after that.
Funny, two days after I posted this I got an email from them telling me the report has been submitted and nothing further needed, but not use dept. as an abbreviation. I guess people are reading them after all.
The only feedback I have ever received was to notify me that I would not be paid for a shop because I went to the wrong service department. Apparently, they claim that one dealership has 2 service departments. The dealership is not aware of this. smiling smiley
Your rating is the ability to self schedule or not, and how many you can assign. Your will be in request status if you do not have a good rating. I asked the same question to an editor and that is what I was told.
