Cori ... down for the count?

My report is just sitting there... the system isn't taking it...

I had to put the last report in twice before it would be accepted...

Of course... as is the normal state, there is no "help" available from Cori ....


If I let it sit all night, will it eventual transmit... or do I put it in twice again like the other... consider now... there are at least 20 pics with this shop.

Well, it finally transmitted.... after more than 45 minutes. Now for some much needed sleep before another big shopping day. I wish Cori had a support system for shoppers. Something other than support telling you to contact the scheduler and the scheduler telling you to contact support after hours. But no one at Cori has to accept responsibility as long as the responsibility is shifted daily...
I would never expect any company to have 24/7 support. We have a hard enough time getting decent fees, imagine where the cost for that would come fromsmiling smiley My rule of thumb with evening submissions is to try once or twice and send an e-mail if the system is not working properly. Normally the next morning everything is working just fine. Evenings tend to be worse for both CORI and MF and my guess is the volume of reports between 7 pm and 1 am.

I just signed up with this company for the first time yesterday, after hearing very good stuff about them thru these boards.

How does their Online Live Chat Support works? Is it attended by a real person or is it just automated response?
Anybody else having a horrific time uploading to CORI today ?? I don't usually do these on Sat mornings, my best time is late at night but by 3 am I had had it ! Right now having to click upload 4,5, 6, 7 times before it "takes" so, so annoying. Of course I am now past the cutoff time so who knows.

I had a chat window open a few hours ago for help but of course the cut me off right before my turn.
FYI - I learned the hard way to never assume it "didn't" finally upload and redoing it.

I actually have better upload results using Chrome (though when the rare error occurs they blame it on using Chrome). IE half the time will not give me the confirmation number and many times just takes me back to the "Get Job" screen making you think the whole report dumped and has to be reentered. Not so.

The trick is to open another browser and check your main assignment page (usually many, many times before it updates) until you see if it disappears from the list of jobs waiting to be reported.
Does anybody know if this is an issue of reports sitting in a "queue" and having to wait their turn ?

That can be a real problem when you have 5, 8, or 13 of these things to report at one time. Too many browser windows open causes havoc.
Anyone see the new reporting form? I just did a clothing store for them...much better than before.
Um...I take that back. DIdn't upload receipt, and now system says I can't upload one because one has already been uploaded....weird...
No, that is news to me.

You know you can go to your "Home" page and scroll to the bottom and upload more receipts. You should see the list of jobs and receipts there with links to view them, or add new ones.
I made a mistake and submitted a report using Firefox, and to my surprise it went through without a hasssle!

Did two treat shops last night, submitting between 11:15 and 11:45 p.m. Both went through with no hitches and neither had any difference in the reporting system.
The new form is terrific. There is even a SAVE button! Although, the uploaded receipt did not show up at the bottom of the home page.

were you able to upload it? I didn't see an area to put it. I emailed them to Heather. Hopefully she will accept them when she gets back.
Submitted my report 6, 6, 7 or 8 times - it finally timed out and went blank, twice. Fortunately I saved the entire webpage before redoing the report a second time ( I am NOT doing it a 3rd time) and will send them that tomorrow. It isn't on my end, surfing websites with no problems everywhere else.
Rut ro...I have 13 shops for them tomorrow. I have yet to see a save feature on any of the gas stations. Soon, I hope.

I just did two of them today and can't find where to upload the receipt either. I emailed the receipt to the contact person. I also tried the upload receipt tab and got the same message. LOVE the new report, it's shorter by 1/2!!!

Edited to add, I reported the "household item" store and the receipt upload is the normal place, before the report.

The clothing store I'm thinking of was pretty easy before. Can't imagine how it could get much easier. Good news though.

I was informed that they were "updating" their reporting system so some issues might come up. I had 5 to submit the other night and it took forever. Hopefully they will get it straightened out as I love this company.
