I am so upset with this company and am looking for others input. I did an apartment shop for them that needed a follow up 5 days later(after submitting the report for the apartment visit). I went to enter it and the system never provided the link to enter it. My mistake was I waited till after 5pm to give the apartment community the opportunity to follow up till then before linking in. By this time the CRI had closed for assistance. I emailed them immediately in the morning and they gave me such a hard time. They are going to pay me but they dropped my score from a 4.5 to a 3.5 because of it. Normally ratings don't bother me but it was a principal.
Yesterday I did a [oops client named - ICA violation] return/purchase that was out there and the premiums were high to do it. I emailed the scheduler and she assigned it to me. (I did 2 other these shops last week at other locations all were scored perfectly). Apparently the receipt times don't match my report times. Now they are treating me like I am not being honest. I told them I used my cell phone to track the times. I also told them I did 4 other shops for other companies that same day with no other time issue problems. They are now not wanting to pay me for it. The scheduler is making me so mad that she is not supporting me. Particularly since I have been with them for several years and have over 400 shops with them.
anyone else find this company difficult to work with?
