I just called them DSG. In my area it is ff and cell phones. It seems as I did about three different type shops for them. All reports had to be mailed with the receipt. They sent me the evaulation forms, however, some could be printed from the web site. I had no problem with getting paid. I had to call in all the results for about a year on any shop I did and then I finally got to enter the results on line. Unless they have increased the shop pay, ff was $6 and cell phones $10. The reimbrsement did not cover the entire cost of the meal. They do bonus very well or did, if they really want a job done at the end of the month.
