ICU and Background Check?

I was just finishing entering a shop on ICU, and I decided to look at my profile, which I do from time to time on random MSPs, just to make sure it's still correct, etc. I noticed there was a comment that said "Passed Background Check." I'm sure this was in the agreement that I don't read all the way through. I have nothing to hide, and I passed it anyway, but how interesting is that? Was anyone else aware of this? They have my social so I guess it would be easy to run a check. I wonder how many MSPs run a background check?

I know there are different levels of background checks. I imagine MSPs look for arrests, drug use? I think I'd pass, though there were some times in college
