TrendSource Changing Schedulers?

It seems like every time I build up a rapport with the scheduler for my favorite Trendsource client, the scheduler changes with no notice or explanation. Anyone else? Is this normal - for them or in general? Does this bother anyone else?

I do too. I shop for them a lot and was thinking about bonused shops, as well as when I need to cancel for health reasons.
