Cori site attacked...

Received this message this morning from my realtime site analysis...

Clicked on detailed report and it said whoever attacked it was
for identity theft. Also does the same thing for their main site.

Wonder if cori will say anything or try to sweep it under the rug

i think they were subject of hacking and phishing. when go to main site link it
looks like it is trying to install software to your computer. Hope they resolve this
and they didnt access their database with everyone's direct deposit #'s, ssn etc...

I know. These companies have a lot of information about us on file.

These hackers make me sick. We always have to be on guard and one thing is for sure..I keep everything updated and back up all my stuff once a week (external hard drive) and 'nuke' my computer every 6 months or so.

I hope CORI has good technicians on hand to purge this.
I've been on the site this morning and booked six shops with no warnings. Later I found this thread on the forum. I'm going to run a scan and see if anything shows up. Thanks, all.

It's not about what may have hit your computer...it's about what
they were able to access in cori's databases...we all know
cori is awful when it comes to programming so it doesnt
make me too confident that they actually spent the money
need to protect users data appropiately.

OK, thanks, I understand. Hope we are all safe.

To me this is a very scary situation. I have always been a little worried about how secure my information is with the MSC's. I don't have much that can be hacked and I really don't think anyone wants to steal my identity. But nonetheless, I don't want to have to try to straighten it out if anyone did. And I sure can't afford to lose the little that I do have.
It loads fine for me, just now. I have Norton, too.

But yeah, if they were hacked, all that info... geesh. sad smiley

I just tried to log in to the website and got the same message. I'm sure they will be working like crazy tomorrow to get that fixed.
I just went to the website and there's a screen shot of the website that's colors are muted and text over it that says "Our site is currently offline for maintenance. We'll be back online shortly."
All very weird. I've had no trouble all day, and just checked it again. Everything is fine where I'm at.
I too have seen nothing out of the ordinary. Praying they didn't get our personal info!!! What a nightmare that would be!
I just tried it on Explorer on my computer and I'm getting the same website message as I am in Chrome. Who knows! I can still login if I go straight to the login screen.
I've been on their site off and on all day via my smart phone and laptop. I have not seen this message either. I entered a shop literally three minutes ago.
I had the site yesterday, today went right through to CORI, but my name and password were not in already as usual.
Just checked again. Norton's telling me not to proceed. Anyway, I clicked the details and this is what s wrong according to Symantec.

Hmm.. I just checked on my iPad and they message that I get is that they are offline for maintenance. That is by googling the name and going that way.
I think the editors got hit by a botnet. They do use wordpress, don't they? Anyway, I'm keeping away until it's safe. Too bad though. I could use some work. sad smiley
Strange, when I went to report:

The mystery shop form for this job is currently under construction
and will be available in a couple of hours.

Evaluating and mailing packages since 1994
Just tried Cori again and I'm being warned not to enter by Norton.

I could enter, but I'm not going to yet.
I got the same construction message. Finally....an excuse to submit a late report, and just when I need it!
I'm in a report right now.
