Strategic Reflections Website Issues

I am unable to login to the Strategic Reflections website. I get a error "Authentication Failure." When I try to get the system to email me the password it opens another screen and I enter my email address and zip code and press "Email my login information" and nothing happens.

Similarly, when I go to the Facebook page for the company and attempt to send them a message I get an error saying that the message was not sent.

One buzzard to another while circling high overhead (paraphrased), "Patience hell! I want to shop somewhere."

Have you tried their Shopmetrics site? I've never had troubles logging in that way - []. A phone call typically works well also (as long as it's during CST business hours).
I have had no problems in logging in nor ever any difficultes with Strategic Reflections. I am sure you have tried support. How about a phone number or calling your scheduler direct?

Also I would agree with jrich in trying shopmetrics and try your login.
